Customer service is very good at this location. The food is fresh and warm, and they serve the best burgers here.
The place and reviews have always been amazing. Have been visiting Little Rock since last 20 years and always thought to visit it but never got a chance. Last time I visited got a chance to visit it, us being a vegetarian they did not have that much but the Vegetarian burger was off the charts.
I ordered the #1 I sat down and it was ready. WOW! Instant food. The burger was good, the fries were also ok. There are SO many choices for great food around Back Yard Burgers that you'd really have you crave a burger. Plus you have two other great choices right down the street. Nothing wrong with this place at all.
The best all around fast food restaurant on earth. I love this place! Crispy waffle fries, cobbler, milkshakes and a feat chicken sandwich. Burgers are great too
I've rediscovered my love for this venerable chain that's a come back kid! After visiting the location in Benton, I decided to try the LR spot. It's fast, friendly, clean, and delicious. The dining room is a bit intimate and if you do dine-in then you order is served on a plastic fajita skillet-looking thing. The folks there were very friendly, and it was very cheap especially when you compare to gourmet burger places like David's, Five Guys, Big Orange, etc. They also serve fountain Pepsi, which I'm a big fan of. So tired of Coke being the de rigeur for soda drinks in the South. I'll be back! Verdict: BON APPETIT-o!
I've had byb for over 25 years but didn't really get hooked until going to this location and trying the Black Jack Chicken Club with extra creole sauce. Something about this sandwich and all the layers of flavor has gotten me addicted. The presentation is outstanding and almost identical to an advertised photo. It's just that good. I'm here at least once a week now and will take this over my usual Chick-fil-a any-day of the week.
